We had a quiet year due to covid and no blog posts went up!
However, look at what we got up to that year:
- Donated £200 each to The Ark Trust for Project 73 and St Paul's Child Contact Centre
- Sourced white goods (washing machine, fridge-freezer and microwave) for two families in need- one returning home from hospital and one rehoused by the council's Rough Sleeper Team
- Collected over 400 pairs of spectacles for Spek Trek
- Donated emergency items to Berkshire Women's Aid
- Laid two wreaths for Remembrance Sunday
- Donated Message In A Bottle Packs to local surgeries, now opening back up after the initial pandemic closures
- Pledged £500 towards a respite break for a local family via CF Dream Holidays
- Donated £400 to Brain Tumour Research
- Donated £180 to the Gambia Project to buy a new water pump
- Supported Windsor Lions charity Horse Ride
- Donated £266 for a local family in need
- Raised over £450 over three Car Boot sales at Bunns Boot Sales.
- Donated £150 of items for Cowshed
- Marshalled the Bracknell Lexicon Half Marathon
- Raised £159 with our Easter Egg Basket raffle at Redwood Technologies
- Collected and dropped off clothing items at local charity Cowshed
- Donated £100 to SightSavers
- Collected over 50 bags of litter in the local area
- Pledged £385 for a specialised wheelchair for a local person in need
- Donated toys to Alexander Devine Trust
